who we are
Total Engraving started life in 2003 when Joe and Sue Rigby acquired Industrial Engravers. Through plenty of hard work and perseverance they have taken the business from a small sole tradership to now employ over 20 staff as Total Engraving. Total Engraving are strong supporters of, and participants in the local community, sponsoring local sporting clubs such as the Cardiff Hawks AFC, Adamstown Rosebuds; contributing engraved products to assist in the Bathers Way Anzac Memorial Walk; and we're current members of both Hunternet and the Master Builders Association.
What We Do
Total Engraving has grown to provide a 360 suite of products encompassing the engraving, laser etching and laser cutting of materials including stainless steel, brass, aluminium, anodised aluminium, traffolyte, gravoply, plastics and acrylics. Total Engraving also Two-Pack paint on site, meaning we can be your one stop supplier for all of your 3D lettering, laser cut acrylic and architectural signage needs. One of our main strengths is our high tech precision equipment and our purpose built manufacturing hub with our 'total' set up. This allows us to control the process from start to finish. We can engrave, laser cut, laser etch, paint-fill or two-pack paint with precision replicating virtually any logo, motif, text imaginable. We have a standard turnaround of 5 business days, however we are here to help, and with our significant engraving and laser cutting equipment we will try and accommodate any special deadlines or requests you may have.
Can we successfully supply to you?
Total Engraving has a satisfied customer base including businesses ranging from large multinational companies to sole traders in the mining, architectural, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, construction, sign manufacturing and sign installation industries. We have a strong history of supplying customers locally in the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast regions. We have also developed strong, ongoing relationships with satisfied customers nation wide, in Sydney; Wollongong and other regional areas of NSW; Melbourne; Brisbane and the mining regions of Queensland and Western Australia. With our network of distribution, major cities nation wide are still generally serviced in a 5-7 day turnaround with postage for up to 20kg generally no more than $14. We also manufacture and distribute internationally. We welcome any existing or potential customers to visit our site to see how we do what we do, and to help you to determine that we can satisfy your needs.
What are our service standards?
Total Engraving guarantee the quality of our product. If for some reason something is not right, we will replace the required product. We only source material that complies with Australian standards. Our traffolyte is UV resistant and complies with Australian signage standards. We offer a standard turnaround of 5 business days, however we are here to help. If you have an urgent need let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What about our pricing?
You'll need a quote on all products we provide to you, given the unique nature of the product. If our quoted price isn't the best you can find, we will match any written quote provided to you on an identical product, coupled with higher standards of service and quality than any of our competitors!
